Just received my product today and it snaped on just fine. Make sure to line up the top case and bottom where you can see the coin realease latch from the bottom of the phone,if you have it backwards then the product will not snap on properly. What I mean by coin release: use a coin at the bottom of the phone to remove the case only if you have to. Hope this is helpful :)
